Regarding deliveries, before ordering please note that the delivery companies are only contracted to deliver to the main door of a house or flat and aren't allowed to take items
upstairs. (read the FAQ on home page about this)
All deliveries need to be signed for, these are high value items which can't be left on a porch, behind a garage etc
Also, the delivery companies who deliver bulky items won't give a time, normal delivery time is from 8am till 6pm
Offshore deliveries need to be worked out individually, please call for a quote.
Orders can't be put into the production schedule until telephone confirmation and agreement of a delivery date
We must have immediate notification of any goods damaged in transit and the customer must do a quick visual check for any delivery damage, if there is visible damage make sure that this is noted on your copy of delivery notes. If there is major visible damage call 07786141032 to help you decide
whether to accept or reject the goods
Any problems regarding manufacturing faults must be notified to us within 1 week, if a futon frame needs
to be returned it must be in the original packaging, with bubble wrap etc placed between parts to avoid damage and must be in it's original packaging and arrive back to us in perfect condition.
All items are guaranteed for one year (normal wear and tear, or customer damage not included).
Ownership of the goods remains the property of Futons Direct until paid for in full by the customer.
Please measure your available space carefully to ensure you are ordering the correct item or ask for a color swatch if a color match is important. Refunds for ordering the wrong item can only be given at our discretion, and the returned goods must be undamaged, unmarked and in their original packaging. Also the customer is responsible for shipping and return costs, which can be up to Â£75 for Southern UK and an extra charge for Scotland.
The customer will be responsible for the delivery and return costs for problems with delivery, if the problem is caused by the customer (such as not being in on agreed delivery date etc.)
Futon mattresses which have been slept on aren't returnable, they are unusable and can't be resold
by law by a retailer, please ask as many questions as possible before ordering to make sure you order the correct futon mattress.
The customer is responsible in full for credit and debit card charges on cancelled orders

Reviews of our products are appreciated, if you do a review only your initials and general location are published (not your email address or full name) Your full details won't be stored or passed to any third party and you won't be contacted for any reason.
